The goal is to find mutually agreeable solutions to identify issues, explore solutions, and reach a resolution that benefits everyone involved. Mediation fosters open and honest conversations that help all parties feel heard and understood. It provides a structured process to resolve disagreements without formal legal proceedings. By involving both parents and children in finding solutions, mediation strengthens family bonds and promotes a positive learning environment in and outside of the classroom.

Love and Gratitude
I cannot begin to express how much Niki has meant to my family over the past three years. As a mother navigating the challenges of the IEP process, I often felt overwhelmed and unsure of how to advocate effectively for my child at times. Niki stepped in with unwavering support, providing expert guidance in reviewing IEPs and attending meetings as an advocate. As I embarked on a homeschooling journey, she created an individualized curriculum for my son while helping me understand the curriculum and supplemental work in a way that made sense for both my child and me.
Niki’s dedication and passion shine through in everything she does. She ensures that I feel confident and informed, and Niki also takes the time to ensure I never feel alone in this journey. The care and commitment she brings to each interaction are unparalleled.
What truly sets Niki apart is her personal connection with every family. I’ve seen Niki's positive impact on others I’ve referred, and everyone has echoed the same sentiment: She is an absolute lifesaver. I wholeheartedly recommend Your IEP Matters to any parent in need of support.
Niki’s work has transformed my child’s educational experience and my approach to advocacy as a parent. I am endlessly grateful.
